We provide a range of convenient payment options for delivering beautiful flower bouquets, flower boxes, money bouquets, teddy bears, chocolates and all different items from Florist-Phuket. You can select the payment method that you can use in your country or is most convenient for you personally.
Credit and Debit Cards (3D-Secure)
You can use your credit or debit card to pay for your order at Florist-Phuket. Our payment gateway allows you to accept payments from Mastercard, VISA, American Express and JCB cards. Please note that for security purposes and protection against fraudulent activities with other people’s cards, only bank cards equipped with 3D-Secure technology are accepted for payment. After selecting this payment method for your order in our flower shop, you will be redirected from the Checkout page to a secure GB Prime Pay page where you can enter your card details. Next, you will have to confirm the payment using a secret SMS from your bank or through the banking application on your smartphone.
You can also use your bank card for an international Wise transfer (more details about this service below on the page).
Direct Bank Transfer to our bank account
Another popular payment option is a direct bank transfer to our account at Kasikorn Bank or Bangkok bank. Money transfers within Thailand, originating from any Thai bank account to ours, are promptly confirmed. If you reside in another country, please note that payment confirmation may take between 1 to 5 banking days. International bank transfers may be subject to high bank fees, which significantly increases the cost of flower delivery in Phuket. Therefore, for international transfers, we also recommend using Wise.com as a faster option with a minimum commission. Please send us your payment receipt after any bank transfer so that we can begin processing your order.
QR code payment
Using banking apps on your mobile phone, you can pay directly into our bank account. Open the QR payments section in your banking application on your smartphone and point your camera at our QR code to make a payment. Unfortunately, some banks only support local payments using a QR code. If your payment is successful, please send us a receipt so that your payment can be verified and your order can be added to processing.
Paypal
PayPal is a popular payment method all over the world that does not require a long description. The PayPal payment gateway provides instant automatic payment confirmation for us and reliability for both us and our valued customers. If you use PayPal to pay at the Florist-Phuket flower shop, our company covers the transfer fee. Please note that from the beginning of 2023, the PayPal payment system in Thailand has some restrictions related to limits. Therefore, when placing an order, you may not find the choice of such an option as payment by PayPal. If other payment methods are not available to you, please contact our support team and we will send you a direct PayPal payment link, where you can manually set the amount of your order and make payment on a secure PayPal page.
Note: By default, PayPal indicates the delivery address as your registered address. But don’t worry, your order will be delivered to the address in Phuket that you specified when placing your order on the website of our flower shop Florist-Phuket.
Wise.com
The Wise international transfer service is a good alternative to PayPal and is available in more than 70 countries around the world. The convenience of Wise lies in the low commission for international transfers and the ability to use not only your bank account, but also a regular credit or debit card. To use the service, simple and fast registration is required. Payment using Wise goes to our bank account in Thailand, so on the ordering page it is better to immediately select this payment method. To pay, you must enter the payee’s name, bank name, our bank account number and address with zip code. You will find our full bank details after placing your order on a new page that opens and in the automatic email that will be sent to your email after placing your order.
Note: Transferring money using Wise can take several days, so confirm payment for your order manually. To confirm payment using Wise, send a payment tracking link to our main email (the Wise service will provide you with this confirmation link after successful payment).
MIR Pay
We have added a new payment method: direct transfer from a bank card of the MIR payment system. You can make a transfer from your MIR card to another card, the number of which will be provided to you by our support service. Please note that when using this payment method, we use the services of paid intermediaries, whose commission rate is 10% of the amount. In turn, we increase the total order amount by 5% when paying using this method.
Proof of payment
If you paid for your order in the Florist-Phuket store by direct bank transfer, using the Wise service or using PayPal manually (via the link), please notify us of a successful payment. To do this, please provide your payment details and your order number (it can be seen in the order details).
