This increase is attributed to the surge in demand for fresh roses worldwide, leading to elevated prices from our suppliers from the end of January. To help our clients save money, we recommend ordering early, as the cost of fresh roses tends to rise more and more as February 14th approaches. Additionally, the heightened demand for courier services during this period contributes to increased delivery costs.

While we strive to address our customers’ inquiries promptly, there may be times when we are unable to provide immediate updates on the delivery status due to the overwhelming demand.

Delivery Details

To ensure a smooth delivery process, we kindly request our customers to provide accurate contact information, including the correct phone number of the recipient so that we can contact and agree on a convenient time for delivery of flowers. We also ask, if possible, to indicate not only the delivery postal address, but also the name of the hotel, condominium, bar, cafe or other building (and room number, if any). Such information is much more useful for the courier than the official address, because in Thailand there is some problem with finding addresses on Google maps.
